A question for Ilse

We use your name, email address, phone number if provided, and the details you send us to answer your enquiry and follow up on a visit or order. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We store it privately with the page you contacted us from and the details Ilse needs to reply, such as your chosen wine or visit date. We only send a reminder for the Christmas tasting or the Emilio launch if you request one.

The wine basket on your device

Your wine basket will be stored in your browser so that your selection is still available on a next visit. You can empty them by removing the bottles or deleting the website information on your device.

Cookies and visitor statistics

Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland, to measure page visits. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_…) distinguish browsers and expire within 180 days. We do not use them for advertising. We remember your choice on this device for up to 180 days. You can withdraw consent at any time in Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. We then delete the analytics cookies. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Read more in the Google Privacy Policy.

How long and why?

When you purchase or visit, we process your data to handle your request and carry out the appointments made. We keep correspondence for as long as it is necessary for processing or a legal obligation. You can ask us what period applies to your application.
